Somos Spring Branch is partnering with Fair Haven Food Pantry, located at Fair Haven United Methodist Church (a Chapelwood UMC campus), to support hundreds of families across our community who are facing food insecurity this season. Fair Haven Food Pantry currently serves more than 750 families each week, and with recent cuts to federal USDA food support, the need is rising.

Our Goal:

To fill donation boxes across the community and deliver hundreds of pounds of food to Fair Haven Food Pantry by the end of the month.

We’re calling on neighbors, small businesses, schools, and community members to give what they can. Every can, bag, and box makes a difference.

How It Works

1. Drop Off Food at a Local Collection Point (Collection Period: November 3–29, 2025)

We’ve partnered with small businesses and community spaces across Spring Branch to make it easy to give. You can drop off non-perishable food donations at any of our collection partner sites during their normal business hours.

Collection Points (as of 11.3):

Why This Matters

Food insecurity affects thousands of families in Spring Branch, and with inflation and federal funding cuts, more neighbors are turning to the pantry for help. This drive is about community solidarity: local residents and businesses joining forces to care for one another. By hosting a box, donating items, or spreading the word, you help keep the shelves stocked for families who need it most.
